History

The history of Mostostal Pulawy is inseparable from the development of the town of Pulawy, particularly in relation to the development of the large-scale chemical industry. Its roots date back to 1963 when a branch of the Warsaw Steel Construction and Industrial Devices Plant was opened for the purpose of building industrial installations within the Pulawy Nitrates Plant. The Pulawy Branch remained within the structure of Mostostal Warszawa until 1994, when it was converted into a limited liability company. Four years later it became a joint-stock company. The year 2005 brought about more change – the incorporation of MEZAP and ENERGEZAP gave rise to the Mostostal Pulawy S.A. Capital Group.
